Crossroads Church is an independent, self-governing church not relegated by any denominational structure. We adhere to what is known historically as a “Baptist” doctrinal statement; however, our practices and style of ministry would not fit “in the box” of a vast majority of churches holding to the same doctrinal statement.

For the advancement of God’s Kingdom, we partner with other like-minded churches and organizations.

1. For the purpose of connection with other ministries who are like-minded in creatively communicating God’s Word to reach people with the message of Christ and raise them up to be more like him, Crossroads partners with the WillowCreek Association based in Chicago, IL.
2. For the purpose of cooperation and participation with local churches and pastors in the Kansas City region to effectively communicate God’s Word to reach people with the message of Christ in our “Jerusalem and Judea”, Crossroads partners with the Blue River-Kansas City Association based in Lees Summit, MO, the Missouri Baptist Convention based in Jefferson City, MO, and the Southern Baptist Convention based in Nashville, TN.
3. For the purpose of cooperation and participation with churches and pastors around the United States to train up pastors and start new, vibrant & relevant churches in our “Judea and Samaria”, Crossroads partners with the Liberty Baptist Fellowship based in Lynchburg, VA.
4. For the purpose of cooperation and participation with churches and pastors around the globe to train up pastors, missionaries and start new, vibrant & relevant churches in our “uttermost parts of the world”, Crossroads partners with the Baptist Bible Fellowship International based in Springfield, MO.
